Shipping policy

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and may take 10-20 days from the order date. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at mrnail@mrnail.cn and we will provide an update on your order status.

If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?
We strive to ensure all items are shipped at the same time. However, due to different shipping methods, some items may be shipped separately. You will receive a shipping notification email after your item has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped?
We are unable to change the delivery address while the package is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us at mrnaiil@mrnail.cn within 12 hours of placing your order.

① Cancelling an Order

If you change your mind after placing an order, we can cancel it at any time before shipping. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

② Damaged Packaging During Shipping

If you notice that your package has been damaged during delivery, please refuse it and contact our customer service team immediately. If a package is delivered without you, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Note:

If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the loss and will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
