Please Note::
1. Due to policy changes, U.S. customs processing may take longer than usual. Please understand if your package is delayed.

Shipping & Warranty:

At mrnail, we're committed to providing our customers with a seamless, hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure your order arrives promptly and safely, we partner with the USPS.

1. Processing Time
Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process after receiving your order. Please allow additional time for tracking information to be updated due to possible delays with local couriers. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to your email address.

3. Shipping Address Change
There is no fee to change your shipping address until we provide you with a tracking number.

4. Order Tracking
If you're registered with mrnail.cn, you can track your order, shipping, and handling information in your account. If you're not registered with us, you can track your order here using your order ID and email address.

5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately for a full refund without additional processing fees. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

6. Shipping Details
All orders  tax-free shipping. Currently, we only ship to the United States and do not ship to other regions.

Estimated Shipping Days: 10-15 business days;
Fee: Shipping charges are based on weight;
Free Shopping: $100. The shipping fee for orders less than 200g and less than $100 is $6 (10-15 delivery days).
Shipping costs for orders weighing less than 450g and less than $100 are $8.36 (10-15 delivery days).
Shipping costs for orders weighing less than 700g and less than $100 are $12 (10-15 delivery days).
Shipping costs for orders weighing less than 2kg and less than $100 are $27.3 (10-15 delivery days).
Shipping cost for orders less than 5kg and less than $100 is $67 (10-15 delivery days).

Please note:
Handling days: Handling days refer to the time it takes for a package to leave our warehouse.
Transit days: Transit days refer to the time it takes the carrier to deliver the product to the customer. Actual delivery date may vary due to various factors, such as shipping delays and weather conditions.

Notes:
1. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered within the promised shipping time, as it may take 2-4 business days to process an order, and we are not responsible for any carrier's guarantee.
We will not refund the shipping fee if any carrier fails to deliver as promised.
All our shipments include tracking information with indirect signature confirmation. If the tracking information confirms delivery to your order address, but you haven't received your order, please contact the carrier to investigate the issue.

Warranty Policy:
Generally, all MRNAIL products come with a full 6-month warranty covering manufacturing and quality issues (excluding natural causes or human error) and a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of the original order. However, mrnail products purchased through mrnail.cn (limited to nail drills and nail lamps) have a 12-month warranty. If your product doesn't meet your needs during this period, please feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form to let us know how we can help.

Please note that this warranty and returns page applies to products purchased through mrnail.cn. For products purchased through authorized mrnail dealers, please contact them directly.

Free extended warranty:

1. Register with mrnail to extend your warranty to 12 months.

2. Send an extended warranty request to our customer service center along with your order number.

All our packages include indirect signature-confirmed tracking. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier to investigate the issue.
