Before MR NAIL, I ran a nail salon. Day after day I watched the same things: techs fighting their tools, clients sitting too long, products that looked good in the bottle and let everyone down on the nail. And I noticed something no one talked about — in an industry built on craft and precision, not one nail brand had been created by a man. So in 2019, I built one. Not to be different for its own sake, but because I'd seen the gaps from behind the desk, and I knew they could be fixed.
